Estates and Maintenance Manager
Driving Licence Essential
Starting Salary: £38,353.84 per annum (subject to annual pay review)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, with some flexibility)
We are seeking an experienced Estates and Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for our diverse estate of residential properties, workshops, vehicles and community infrastructure.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining estates management, health & safety compliance, budgeting and people management. You will oversee maintenance and capital works, manage contractors and compliance systems, line manage the maintenance team, and work collaboratively to ensure our estate supports a safe, welcoming and meaningful community life.
About You
Experience managing a complex, multi-building estate
Strong knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance
Proven planning, budgeting and project management skills
Confident managing staff, contractors and inspections
Good IT skills and ability to work collaboratively
Full UK driving licence required

Part-Time, supported living co-Worker

Starting salary £26, 186.90 (FT) pro-rata for PTPart-time, weekend or Full-time contracts
We are seeking part-time workers who share our values and have the experience and skills to support adults with autism and learning disabilities, within their homes (Supported Living), to access meaningful work, and to have fun and develop relationships. We have a few posts available with different contracted hours so please get in touch to discuss hours.
Previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable, as is a good understanding of autism and the needs of people who use different forms of communication and a confidence in working with people with behaviour that challenges.
Tiphereth is a Camphill community based on the edge of the Pentland hills in Edinburgh supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in a range of day services, supported living, residential care, and social enterprises. Application closes Monday 2nd February 2026.
