We have two properties that operate as shared tenancies. The first is a house called Kitezh, five minutes walk from the main Tiphereth facilities. This has four residents. The other is a shared flat at Fairways, next to our community hall, with three tenants.
These properties have an emphasis on communal living and shared decision making. Residents live together, sharing the responsibility for their homes. Each has the key to their front door and a private bedroom.

In addition to a shared flat, Fairways has two single tenancy flats. These are wrapped around our Community hall at Hoyland House. These individual tenancies offer self-contained accommodation alongside a wholesome social and cultural calendar.
