Pentland Garden Group
The Pentland Garden Group has three workshops based around Brigantia their main operational base.
The best known social enterprise trades as Colinton Community Compost and collects green waste from 600 houses in Colinton, composts it, and sells bags back to the public. The workshop also makes charcoal, produces wood chip and worm casts for sale.
The Pentland workshop carries out environmental works in the Pentland Hills along with many other activities.
The Garden workshop looks after the grounds and grows a wide variety of vegetables and flowers for Tiphereth’s kitchens and for sale.
