Practical voluntary work with partnership organisations
The Peregrine group is an outdoor group that carries out a variety of practical tasks such as growing vegetables, path-building, tree planting, dry stone walling, and other conservation work.
We work in partnership with other community organizations such as local churches, Pentland Park rangers, conservation trusts, and other voluntary groups. The group contributes their time, skills and effort to make a difference in the local community.
Our pace of work is adjusted to the support that many members need, but over time we can accomplish a considerable amount and we are proud of our achievements. The group is much appreciated and respected by our partners and members of the public we meet while out and about.
